International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with program staff and accounting and finance teams to ensure that budgets include costs that will be incurred with regard to local compliance laws including local taxes, registration fees, income taxes, etc.
  • Identify reasonable overall costs of programs based on familiarity with posposed Scope of Work.
  • Write cost proposal narratives, outlining the needs for all costs related to local compliance.
  • Collaborate with proposal writers and IBTCI staff to ensure that all costs related to local compliance are validated in the technical proposal.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • US government contract work experience.
  • Ability to effectively support preparation of budget offers, pipeline analyses and proposal modifications.
  • Previous experience working in an integrated team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with developing acquisition policy, executing contract acquisition packages and the acquisition management process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to meet with technical staff and elicit their requirements to develop related acquisition documents.
  • Must be familar with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
  • Oral and written fluency in English required.
  • Must have advance Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel abilities.

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.


Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


Travel:  Travel not required.
