Job Title: Team Leader
Reports To: Home Office Project Director
IBTCI is seeking a Team Leader for a midterm performance evaluation of the USAID/Iraq Funding Facility for Stabilization (FFS) Program. The purpose of the evaluation is to identify factors that promote or impede positive outcomes from FFS stabilization interventions from July 2015 through December 2017 to inform ongoing and new stabilization activities and other USAID/Iraq programs. The period of performance is expected to be from March-August 2018. This position is based in Iraq.

Education: Post graduate degree in monitoring and assessment, international development or related field required.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel required.
