IBTCI is seeking an experienced business development consultant for a short-term assignment to assist the Senior Business Development Consultant in pursuing new teaming/vendor opportunities and relationships related to the Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA 3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). SIA 3 is a non-personal services contract to provide the United States Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), its Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) mission partners and its Intelligence Community (IC) mission partners with Analytic and Analysis expertise services support. The New Business Development Consultant will assist the Senior Business Development Consultant in developing vendor and/or subcontracting relationships with SIA 3 large and small businesses that have received a Viable rating by DIA.
Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field required.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Not required.
