USAID/Tunisia has requested that IBTCI’s Monitoring and Evaluation for Tunisia and Libya (METAL) project conduct a final evaluation of two of its democracy and governance programs in Libya, in order to capture information on the diverse areas in which these programs were able to achieve real impact and promote meaningful change. They are also interested in documenting what work has managed to occur in Libya in order to provide recommendations for future work and projects.
